I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city center, the rooms were quite disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The service was helpful despite the language barrier, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the dining experience left a lot to be desired with limited options and a lack of care from the staff.

5.8/10

The hotel is located in a great spot, just a few minutes from the waterfront and within walking distance of all the important areas in Campeche. The rooms left a lot to be desired as they were dingy and didn't match what I expected from the photos. While the staff was nice and helpful, the service could use some improvement as it felt inefficient at times. The dining options were pretty average and could use some fresh choices, but overall, it's a decent value for money given the location.

The hotel is situated in a great location right in the historic center, making it easy to explore the area. While the rooms were fresh and clean, they felt a bit dingy and didn’t quite match the pictures I'd seen earlier. The service was a mix; some staff were really friendly and helpful, while others seemed unprofessional. The dining options were quite limited, mostly just toast and coffee, which was a bit disappointing, especially for breakfast.

Rooms

The rooms were fresh and clean, but a little darker than I expected, and they didn't really match the photos I'd seen. The bathroom was spacious, though, which was a plus.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying its great location that was close enough to the center, making it convenient without being too noisy. The room I had was nice, with a small patio overlooking the street, which added to the charm. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with directions and great local dining options. However, the breakfast could use some improvement as it was a bit lacking, and there were some issues with the shower not having hot or cold water consistently.
